About Us
Who We Are
Kyland Cole Construction Group is a family-owned construction company serving Northern Virginia, built by brothers Quentin and Josh Hastings. The name reflects both founders’ families: Kyland is Quentin’s first daughter, and Cole represents all three of Josh’s boys (we had to keep the name in the family, right?)
With over 30 years of combined experience, we blend professional project management with a smooth, homeowner-first experience. Quentin brings decades of hands-on construction leadership, from starting his first business at 17 to overseeing multi-million-dollar commercial projects. Josh brings over a decade of experience in home service business development and customer experience, serving the Pooler and Savannah, GA area where he currently resides.
Together, we built Kyland Cole Construction Group to deliver honest, reliable construction—without confusion, delays, or runaround —to homeowners and commercial clients. Our top goal is to give you a professional experience and fast solutions, unlike most companies, where you get one or the other but hardly ever both!
